Image
Kiara Advani (Kabir Singh) has been cast in Karan Johar-produced Netflix film Guilty, which “explores the different versions of truth that emerge when a small-town girl accuses the college heartthrob of rape. Seen through the eyes of his musician girlfriend, this story makes us question who is truly ‘guilty' in such circumstances.” Netflix didn't explicitly say in its announcement whom Advani would be playing, but an attached first look reveals that she will be the “musician girlfriend”, considering she's wearing a Metallica T-shirt. This is the second Netflix association for Advani, after her role in the Johar-directed segment of the anthology film Lust Stories. Guilty was announced as one of 10 new Netflix original films from India back in April, alongside productions and directorial ventures from the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee (Khosla Ka Ghosla!), Ronnie Screwvala (Uri: The Surgical Strike), Farah Khan (Main Hoon Na), and Su...

Elon Musk Reveals His On-Mars Coffee Plans on Twitter

Image
Just as SpaceX CEO Elon Musk prepared for the "most difficult launch" of his rocket company with Falcon Heavy rocket, the space-enthusiast changed his display picture on Twitter from an alcoholic monkey to that of an astronaut sipping hot coffee on Mars. The picture uploaded on Monday shows an astronaut, leaning against what looks like the iconic red Tesla sipping steamy coffee and looking into the infinite space while on the red planet. \ "On Mars, I like to drink my coffee in this mug," wrote Musk revealing his space plans in a tweet that also carried a link to his SpaceX store. In what seemed like more of an advertisement for SpaceX merchandise, the link directs users to a $15 (roughly Rs. 1,000) worth of "Occupy Mars 'Heat Sensitive' Terraforming Mug", which is currently out of stock on the site. "Colonising Mars one mug at a time!" Musk tweeted later while replying to a user. While some users kept interacting with Musk over the F...

Russians Mock Elon Musk, Send Toy Car into Space

Mocking SpaceX CEO Elon Musk launched a Tesla car into space in 2018, Russian scientists sent their own red car outside the Earth, but the car was actually just a toy. In response to Musk’s space stunt, the team from Russia’s Tomsk State University launched a toy replica of the red Zhiguli car owned by Dmitry Rogozin, who serves as the Director General of Russia’s Roscosmos space agency, Futurism reported on Friday. Rogozin is known for his rivalry with Musk which often comes out publicly as sarcastic banters on micro-blogging site Twitter. The gaming industry has become a rising target with 12 billion credential stuffing attacks in 17 months, Cloud delivery network provider Akamai Technologies said on Thursday. According to Akamai’s “2019 State of the Internet/Security Web Attacks and Gaming Abuse” report, the gaming community is among the most lucrative targets for criminals looking to make a quick profit. During a period of 17 months (November 2017-March 2019), there were 55 billion cases of credential stuffing attacks across all industries. “One reason that we believe the gaming industry is an attractive target for hackers is because criminals can easily exchange in-game items for profit,” Martin McKeay, Security Researcher, Akamai, said in a statement. “Furthermore, gamers are a niche demographic known for spending money, so their financial status is also a tempting target.” Russia is the second largest source of application attacks, but nowhere to be found in the top 10 target countries while China is r...
